THE BIO-EFFECTS AND THEIR GUIDE IN TRIZ

The work on using the bio-effects in TRIZ has been carried out by us since 1973. During this time more than 1200 bio-effects have been accumulated, systematized and describe.The guide of more than 450 bio-effects has published, the descripsions of more than 70 bio-standards that are new or changed analogues of the standards of TRIZ have been done. In the first time bio-effects in TRIZ were described in the book "The algorithm of creation" (1969) written by G. S. Altshuller. But there wasn't given their definition. We give the following definition of the bio-effect: "The biological effect is singled and examined interaction of biological systems with other object (biological, technical, or natural)". "Singled out and Examined" is important when considering many systems in interacting with other substances(for example, in pharmacology, biochemistry) with the fields (in the biophysics), when under the effect many processes change at the same time, but one process is singled and examined. We described more than 40 universal groups of the bio-effects, for example, various properties under similar impact within the limits of one group, which have more than 5--6 different uses, such are, e.g., the impacts of the non-thermal millimeter electromagnetic rays, the use of the metal-organic substances, silicone and other analogues of bio-substances, bioluminescence, electrochromism, the use of growth factors, immobilized enzymes, complexes "guest-master", and others. For example, the metal-organic substances may have the following properties (as a matter of fact independent bio-effects): a) change of the property of bi0-umoleculess (in accordance with of breaking of harmful vepol (SuF) by the way of introduction of alteration of either the substances or fields); b) the selectivity of biological reactions; c) creation of the medicine with the slowing down (increasing) action; d) study of the interactions ith hormones in the bioreceptors, that don't interfere with reaction processes, e) enzyme processes regulation, f)anti-tumor activity, g)complex anti-tumor and enzymatic (or hormone, prostaglandine) activity and others, all in all more than 20 points. Generally in biological applications increase of the number of bioanalogues of physical effects take place for example, the effect of Electrical field on the spectra of atoms and simple molecules (Shtark effect) has more then 10 various bioanalogs.
With the help of bio-effects guide, we have studied problems of compatibility of bioprotheses in the organism, increase of the effectiveness of methods of compression-distruction apparatuses in traumatology, "aiming" drugs in the organism and biosurgery without traditional surgery, at the expense of biochemical, biophysical resources of organism. Using based an TRIZ principles the majority of therapeutic methods of illnesses work within two following schemes: introduction the missing or driving out of the harmful out of organism.
We have attempted to apply the new methods of treatment based on the standards. But it is more important to examine in complex: the role and action mechanism of illness making factors at different levels as compared with some rather similar by structure and function technical systems with a two--way transfer of results (we called "the two-way bionics - technionics") .For example, we examined as cases infectious virus illnesses and infection of the personal computers by the computer viruses. In both cases structural and functional analogs of systems, para-systems, elements have been singled out. In both cases viruses may devided into groups according to the following characteristic features: a) environment; b) method of infection of the environment; c) destructive opportunities; d) pecularity of virus structure. Taking into account the above and using TRIZ, we may determine that the most important factor, that don't permit, is to get rid of until the end of even one type of virus is concention - disconcentian, which is interrelated changeability of qualities of outside environment - carrier (human, animal, personal computer); of virus (destructive agent), in their heterogenous classes, manifested in periodic change of phases of reservation of anent and its epidemic spread. Produced as a result of infection immunity leads to, suppression of epidemics, at the same time in the phase of reservation there occurs reciprocal adjustment and reciprocal changeability of carrier and virus (destructive agent). As a result of alteration the virus (destructive agent) becomes illness - making either fur the given carrier or the group of other less (or differently) sensitive carriers, this determines the evolutionary phases of life at the destructive agent. In the change of environment of destuctive agent results in its the increase of the sensitivity a generation of the destructive geterogeneity takes place and then selection of must virulent variant follows. Evolutionary worked out and introducted and imprinted in the genofund of populatiuns of agents possibilities to change in a changeable environment (in the carrier and external environment) are internal mechanism of the epidemic process regulation. Applications: a)perfection of the profilactic and medical treatment measures taking into account specialities of reaction of carrier to specific changes of groups of destructive agents; b)improving of methods of creation of medical remedies to forestall of the changes of agents. The procedure: at the first stage are complementary site properties of classes of carriers and destructive agents; and at this stage slight conformation rearrangements are possints. A optimal configuration is the second stage based on euristic rules of agreement of rhytms and resonance. This method with changes may be applied for a number of noninfectious diseases. It was used for the analysis of the situations with the so called "time bombs" in ecology.
