Some notes about TRIZ history have appeared in some G.S. Altshuller books. Although I'm not historian, I asked few TRIZniks about yearly years of TRIZ.
G.S. Altshuller himself and some of his students have different points of view on TRIZ development, sometimes opposite to G.S. Altshuller one. So it is impossible to write a history as such. The situation reminds that of Jesus who also had a lot of followers. The followers resolved the contradiction by writing not a history but several gospels.
