Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope the questions and answers below about the Hands-on TRIZ Course at the Internet from TRIZ Experts clarify the matter. The questions were formulated by other person interested in the Hands-on TRIZ Course at the Internet. The answers are mine.

> 1) How was your learning experience using the internet ?

I tried to study TRIZ by reading books and papers available in English. I got poor results, because of too theoretical learning. Then I decided to try TRIZ training. After looking for such training I chose the Hands-on TRIZ Course at the Internet, by TRIZ Experts. It was certainly an excellent choice. TRIZ Experts did not promise that I would learn such a complex and knowledge-intensive methodology as TRIZ in a few days, like others did. With training experience from TRIZ Schools in ex-USSR, they use a deep, theoretical-practical approach. Students are strongly encouraged to practice TRIZ-like thinking by solving problems from real life - including their own technical problems. It was one of the best courses I have ever taken.

> 2) Did you recieve help when needed in a timely manner ?

Yes. After each lesson I had many questions. Those questions were quickly answered by TRIZ Experts.

> 3) Are you still using what you learned to make improvements for your company ?

Yes. I am using it as a professor, a graduate student and in my work at a research institute. TRIZ knowledge is proving to be very useful for my thesis and for real problems solving. Even during the course I could apply the methodology to real problems.

> 4) How would you rate the training ?

9: I think that there is some room for improvement, but I have really found the course very good. TRIZ Experts is a serious company.

> 5) Did you research other methods of education and decide that Dr. Savransky had the best to offer ? If so what were your other options ?

Unfortunately, when TRIZ main developers migrated from ex-USSR to the USA and Europe, TRIZ turned into almost a strategic secret. Now, the knowledge is sold at relatively high prices. The other methods that I know for learning it are:

- studying by using software - I think that it doesn't work, but you can ask for information at www.ideationtriz.com or www.invention-machine.com;

- trying to learn alone - very difficult, because there are no good, step-by-step books available in English;

- TRIZ courses - I know of TRIZ Experts (in English or Russian or ...) and Novgorod-TRIZ (in Russian).

> 6) Have you achieved the MASTER level ?

No. I took the Hands-on Course. Now, I intend to practice what I have learned and then take the Advanced Course. I want to become a real TRIZ Master in 2 or 3 years.

Initially I had many doubts about learning via the Internet . As a result of the TRIZ course through Internet I can say that I was wrong. The TRIZ Experts did a great job: the lessons are perfectly structured; each single detail of TRIZ was explained; many interesting case studies were provided; any kind of help was provided as soon as I needed it. Now I have unleashed TRIZ in my files. It is simple to find any chunk of TRIZ with computer to compare with a book's index. After the course our team filled out patens applications. I consider that we managed to achieve this due to TRIZ.

I'd suggest anyone who wants to be innovative to attend TRIZ Experts course.
