The registration fee must accompany the registration form. Cashier check, Company purchase order or U.S. money order are acceptable.
Please, ask us about payments options if you live abroad the U.S. or represent a company by e-mail.
If you prefer your native language course (non-English or non-Russian),
please ask TRIZ Experts and you should have a translator from English or
Russian from your own expenses.
Due to the limited number of instructors, we can accommodate only a certain amount of students for the course. The class reaches its enrollment limit well before the first class meeting and advance registration is strongly recommended. We are following the "first come, first served " basis.

Confirmation of your enrollment, your lessons password will be e-mailed
to you within two weeks. You will also be notified if space is not available
in a course you request..
TRIZ Experts reserve the right to cancel, postpone or change the training dates and instructors at any time. Standard refund deadlines apply for the class in which the instructor has been changed. See next section for refund policy regarding other changes.
Course Cancellation / Changes in Dates:
Students enrolled in the class which is canceled, postponed or has dates changed may request a refund by e-mail to TRIZ Experts. Students who request a refund can expect to receive their refund checks approximately 6 weeks from the date the e-mail is received. Students should have an Internet access from their own expenses.
Refunds/Drop Deadlines:
Students must officially drop their course and request a refund by mail to TRIZ Experts. The effective date of a refund is the day the request is received by TRIZ Experts. Refund checks are mailed to students approximately two to five weeks after the date the Add/Drop form is received by TRIZ Experts. The request should be received no later than in two(2) weeks befor you start the course. Once classes begin, no refunds are permitted. No registrations or cancellation will be accepted after 2 weeks from the day when your course begin or if you receive all lessons in one e-mail or parcel. Do not put a stop payment on a check to drop or withdraw from a course. This will result in a financial obligation to TRIZ Experts for the course fee, plus an additional $20 charge. FAX/ Telephone/E-mail requests are not accepted.
